Wireless ResNet
Going Wireless
An activated MasterID account is required to use ResNet's wireless network. If you have not activated your MasterID account, you will need an active network connection to do so. Thus, you must first connect your computer to the wired network in your residence hall. Please refer to Getting Connected for assistance.
Once you have an active connection to ResNet, activate your MasterID account.
An e-mail message will be sent to your MIX account within approximately 15 minutes. The e-mail message will provide instructions for completing the activation. Be advised that you will not be able to connect to the wireless network until you receive this e-mail message and complete the activation.
Important note: you must have an active MasterID account, and you must know your MasterID username and password before proceeding.
